Best jerky ever. I ordered people's choice at Sam time and JC Rivers is far better
When I order I notice two different parts of the animal being used. The part with a lot of connective tissue that is stringing and hard to chew. I noticed you started using more of that cut from Covid on.
You need to go back to using the better cut with very little connective tissue. It is a much better chew and taste better. I use to buy a lot before covid but something changed with the cut you are using so I only buy it no to se if you went back to the better cut.
