Our Beef Brisket Jerky is made from whole fresh sliced brisket meat. The brisket is packed with brown sugar and soaked in marinate for a minimum of 2 days to let the sweet flavor deep into the meat. Then slow cooked and dried until it becomes moist and tender with a rich beefy flavor.
