Our Beef Brisket Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium muscle, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

All the jerky I ordered was excellent I have been buying JC rivers jerky for many years when I lived in california i would buy it every other month from the Indian store in little rock ca now I live in tennessee I order it 🙃
Very delicious and packed with flavor
I love all of this company's products but the teriyaki beef brisket jerky is my favorite by far. It's tender, flavorful, and high quality!! So good! I highly recommend it!!
