Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

I left an earlier review about the turkey jerky being too dry and only gave 1 star. That was a mistake!
I had a problem with my turkey jerky in the last order but I hated it so much I ate the entire bag anyway; after I posted the 1 star review!
I contacted the company and explained why it was not up to their usual standards and that I had eaten the entire bag anyway. One of the very nice owners listened to me and insisted on replacing my order anyway! You can’t go wrong ordering this jerky. I will remain a repeat customer! Their jerky is the best and the company is the best too!
Same review as the others in my order this time. Too dry by far, snaps off instead of tearing, mouth consistency bad-seems like it turns into dust.

Too salty! Way too salty and I love salt. It was drier than the other jerky's I tried, so that I appreciate.
