Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

Our Beef Jerky is made from premium natural grass-fed cattle, raised without subtherapeutic antibiotics. Our Beef comes from cattlemen using the latest livestock handling and processing technologies to assure consumers that they will receive consistent and most importantly the safest beef products on the market.

Was looking for some REAL jerky and stopped by Outlaw Jerky in Dahlonega Ga and picked up a bag of JC Rivers … Just what we were looking for VERY GOOD 😊 not that rubbery kind most stores carry. Will be ordering more. LOVE IT
