Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

Our Beef Jerky is made from premium natural grass-fed cattle, raised without subtherapeutic antibiotics. Our Beef comes from cattlemen using the latest livestock handling and processing technologies to assure consumers that they will receive consistent and most importantly the safest beef products on the market.

Habanero Beef Brisket Jerky

The good stuff

This is as good as jerky gets. Well seasoned, not wet or sticky like the new sugary stuff. Actually requires chewing on it for a minute, which I like.

Was looking for some REAL jerky and stopped by Outlaw Jerky in Dahlonega Ga and picked up a bag of JC Rivers … Just what we were looking for VERY GOOD 😊 not that rubbery kind most stores carry. Will be ordering more. LOVE IT

Along the Salt River in the 90s

Tubing the Salt River in the 90s I met a man who introduced me to the best honey jerky over 20 years ago. The recipe is still the same as I remember it all those years ago. I give them to friends and family for the holidays and special occasions and they become a fan instantly.

Carolina reaper Does NOT disappoint

This Carolina reaper jerky live up to its name. It reaps your soul. Jerky’s always claim “spicy” or “hot” and I’m always disappointed. I love a slice that questions what you just got yourself into. It’s seriously worth the try. The taste is incredible also.
