Wet (sticky wet) and sweet. Tastes like Jack Links, which is not good.
This is my first time trying the Western Beef Jerky and itis Awesome. I rate the Black Peeper Beef Jerky #1 and this a very close second.

This is very sweet. More like Terryaki than a Western jerky. Also, I like too be able to rip my jerky apart. You know.. like nearly pull teeth out when trying to get a piece. I know most people would love this, it's just not for me.
