Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

Really tasty
I love the heat I get from this batch of jerky. It's not too hot but leaves a nice warm taste in your mouth. It goes well with a soda.
I got this from a local fundraiser for an elementary school and was hooked from first bite! I ordered a variety of smaller bags of jerky and cannot say enough about the high quality of this meat! I have since, ordered several more times and can honestly say they are some of the best around! Highly recommend and encourage you to try them all! This one, the Hot Beef Jerky, is a little on the dryer side (which I really like) and has quite the kick to it on the back side. Hot level, I would say is about a 6/10 and I very much enjoy spicy foods and have a pretty good tolerance. I hope this helps :)
