Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

I've tried them all. From People's Choice, to M&S (which is pretty good), to Montana meats, Texas slabs, the list goes on. I've tried most you can order online. I love the flavor of this jerky. It has this soy sauce undertone beneath the black pepper and salty flavor of the jerky, it reminds me of my best attempts at making homemade jerky perfected. It comes a little more moist than I'd like, but I just leave the bag open for a day or two after opening or put it in my dehydrater if I'm feeling impatient and it's literally the perfect jerky. Even moist it's still good, so for fans of that you're in luck. Overall 10/10 jerky, 9.5 if count the moisture. But it's better to be on the more hydrated side rather than dryer when packaging jerky imo. I like dry jerky, but I don't like mummy meat lol.
This is the best beef jerky I have ever tasted. They have the spices and everything balanced perfectly. This is my favorite followed by the Western Beef Jerky. Highly Recommend!!!
This is seriously some of the best beef jerky I've ever had. Usually peppered is too much for me, but this isn't. The flavor, the dryness, everything about this jerky is amazing. I'm officially addicted.
It would be great if you had a dryer version
