With a Scoville score of 1,041,427 SHU, it is about 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce, about 200 times hotter than a jalapeño pepper, and about 6 times hotter than a habanero pepper.
Our Beef Jerky is made the old fashioned way, sliced from lean whole premium top round steak, which is marinated for up to two days then cooked and dried to perfection. It is not ground, chopped, processed or chunked and formed into strips.

This stuff is hot and tasty! I have tried several of the flavors offered and this one is the hottest so far, I like it hot, but this stuff is almost too hot even for me!
If you like the heat of Ghost pepper, you will not be disappointed with this!
A small piece will clear your sinuses and make your eyes water! Excellent!
